Tucker Arensberg announced that Brian J. Murren joined the firm in the Harrisburg office and Edward J. Grattan II joined the Pittsburgh office.
Murren is a member of the litigation department, and Grattan is a member of the business and finance department.
Murren focuses his practice in general commercial litigation.
Murren serves on the Dauphin County Bar Association young lawyers division board as social chair. He also performs pro bono services through the association's homeless outreach projects.
Grattan is an associate in the firm's business and finance department and advises clients on corporate finances, governance and compliance/regulatory issues. Grattan helps emerging businesses navigate from organization through financing.
Prior to private practice, Grattan was a partner at a consulting firm.

Sweet, Stevens, Katz & Williams added attorneys Leslie A. Collins as of counsel to the firm and Rose E. McHugh as an associate.
Both concentrate their practices on special education and student services.
Previously, Collins was a staff attorney for the Pennsylvania State Education Association. There, she counseled members, governmental officials and staff on matters pertaining to individuals with disabilities, special education and other legal issues arising in the public educational setting.
Prior to that, she worked for the U.S. Department of Education, where she also analyzed and drafted legislation and prepared departmental recommendations for Congress on legislation affecting special education.
Collins currently serves as a board member of the Pennsylvania Board of Law Examiners and is a frequent speaker on special education and related issues.
McHugh previously spent several years with the Bucks County District Attorney's Office.
Most recently, she was interim chief of the juvenile division. Additionally, she worked in the special victims division. She also served as mental health liaison and worked with the narcotics division.
Elected and Appointed
Burns White announced that attorneys Jeffrey Adler, Mary-Jo Rebelo and Matthew G. Brouse were elected to leadership roles at the firm.
Adler and Rebelo are now chief operating officers, Eastern Region and Western Region, respectively. Brouse is part of the executive committee.
Rebelo oversees operations in Pittsburgh, Cleveland and Wheeling, West Virginia. Adler focuses on the firm's Center City Philadelphia, Conshohocken, Wilkes-Barre, Cherry Hill, New Jersey, and Wilmington, Delaware, offices.
Brouse is the chairperson of the firm's energy law practice group.
In addition, David A. Damico now serves as the firm's chief financial officer.

J. Brugh Lower of Gibbons has entered an appearance for industrial equipment supplier Devco Corporation in a pending trademark infringement lawsuit. The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Zahid N. Quraishi, is 3:24-cv-11294, Graco Inc. et al v. Devco Corporation.

Yalowitz of Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer have entered their appearances for Hanaco Venture Capital and its executives, Lior Prosor and David Frankel, in a pending securities lawsuit. The action, filed on Dec. 24 in New York Southern District Court by Zell, Aron & Co. on behalf of Goldeneye Advisors, accuses the defendants of negligently and fraudulently managing the plaintiff's $1 million investment. The suit, filed Dec. 11 in New York Southern District Court by Bleichmar Fonti & Auld, accuses the defendants of concealing the bank's 'pervasive' deficiencies in regards to its compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and the quality of its anti-money laundering controls. The court action, filed Nov. 25 in Michigan Eastern District Court by Hooper Hathaway PC on behalf of The Town Residences LLC, accuses Crown Castle of failing to transfer approximately $30,000 in utility payments from T-Mobile in breach of a roof-top lease and assignment agreement.
