A Pennsylvania plaintiff is seeking to keep his lawsuit against electronic cigarette maker Juul separate from multidistrict litigation in California federal court.

Tyler Eisenhauer, whose suit Eisenhauer v. Juul Labs is currently in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, filed a motion Tuesday asking the court to remand his case to the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, where it was initially filed.
