Attorneys and staff from Eastburn and Gray observed Martin Luther King Jr. Day by volunteering their time at the Valley Youth House shelter in Warminster.
The team painted several rooms at the shelter.
Eastburn and Gray attorney Zachary A. Sivertsen is a member of the board of governors of VYH.
VYH partners with thousands of individuals each year to build a foundation for young people and their families. VYH offers street outreach, housing, counseling, skills training, health, prevention and intervention services.

Kelly is a trial lawyer who tries cases to verdict across the country.

In addition to being admitted to the bar in Pennsylvania, Kelly is also admitted in California and New York.

Prior to joining Gross McGinley, Ashrafi practiced law in Maryland.
She worked as a bankruptcy attorney, real estate attorney and contract attorney, as well as a contract administrator for the Baltimore Office of Promotion & The Arts Inc.
Ashrafi helps business owners navigate warehousing, farm, commercial and residential real estate matters.
Her knowledge of contracts also extends to intellectual property, including privacy policies, terms of use and trademark searches.

The suit, filed Dec. 11 in New York Southern District Court by Bleichmar Fonti & Auld, accuses the defendants of concealing the bank's 'pervasive' deficiencies in regards to its compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and the quality of its anti-money laundering controls. The court action, filed Nov. 25 in Michigan Eastern District Court by Hooper Hathaway PC on behalf of The Town Residences LLC, accuses Crown Castle of failing to transfer approximately $30,000 in utility payments from T-Mobile in breach of a roof-top lease and assignment agreement.
