Flaster Greenberg announced that Krishna A. Jani joined the firm as an associate in the litigation department.
Jani, who will work in Flaster Greenberg's Philadelphia office, will focus her practice on complex commercial litigation and is also a member of the firm's cybersecurity and data privacy law practice groups.
Prior to joining the firm, Jani was an attorney at a boutique litigation firm in Philadelphia and served as a judicial law clerk to Judge Timothy W. Chell of the New Jersey Superior Court.
Jani received her Juris Doctor from William & Mary Law School.
Jani is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Willig, Williams & Davidson announced that it added Robert J. Cervone to its team of legal advocates.
An associate at Willig Williams, Cervone focuses his practice on family law, criminal defense law and prepaid legal services for working men and women.
Cervone represents indigent clients.
In moving through the ranks as an assistant defender with the Defender Association of Philadelphia, he managed cases throughout all stages of the criminal justice system and tried cases from misdemeanor bench trials to complex felony jury trials.
He also served as a judicial law clerk in family court.
Elected and Appointed
Volpe and Koenig announced that John C. Donch Jr. was elected president of the firm, effective Feb. 11.
Donch is the third president of the firm since it was founded in 1987.
He will follow past presidents Anthony S. Volpe, firm founder and president from 1987 to 2008, and Gerald B. Halt Jr., who served from 2008 to 2020.
Donch began his career at Volpe and Koenig in 2002 as an associate, becoming shareholder then director of business development and now president.
He serves as lead attorney on several of the firm's largest clients.
As president, Donch will focus on the firm's client relationships while maintaining an active intellectual property practice.
Donch focuses his practice on securing IP rights and counseling clients regarding IP issues to support each client's business objectives and protect their market share.
He is active in the areas of patent prosecution, patent acquisitions, portfolio mining, claim charts, claim construction and validity reviews, licensing and litigation counseling, and assessments.
Donch received his Juris Doctor from Widener University Delaware Law School.
Speakers
Catherine Allen-Carlozo of HFM Investment Advisors LLC is slated to present "Understanding Financial Challenges for Women and Three Simple Rules of Investing" from noon to 1 p.m. Feb. 25.
Allen-Carlozo will discuss financial challenges that are unique to women and what steps they can take to prepare for unexpected events in their lives.
Additionally, she will discuss the three rules of investing that most people know but do not apply to their investing discipline.
The program is set to be held at Capehart Scatchard in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, and is approved for 1.2 New Jersey credits 1.0 Pennsylvania credit.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Zahid N. Quraishi, is 3:24-cv-11294, Graco Inc. et al v. Devco Corporation.
