Greenblatt, Pierce, Funt & Flores promoted Michele Morgera to partner.
Morgera handles criminal defense matters, including white-collar criminal defense and corporate investigations, in the firm's New Jersey office.
Prior to joining Greenblatt Pierce, Morgera was assistant prosecutor in the Camden County, New Jersey, Prosecutor's Office.
In that role, she served as chief of the grand jury unit, chief of the career criminal unit, chief of the fugitive section, chief of the major crimes unit, and police legal advisor.
She conducted over 100 jury trials, addressing criminal cases in the region, and had supervisory authority over thousands of other cases.
Morgera holds a law degree from Rutgers Law School.
Morgera donates her time with the Literacy Volunteers of Camden County.
She resides in Mount Laurel, New Jersey.

Lamb McErlane announced that Kelly Jurs joined the firm's family law practice group.
Jurs was previously an assistant public defender in the Office of the Chester County Public Defender.
At Lamb McErlane she will focus her practice on all aspects of family law including prenuptial planning, divorce, equitable distribution, child custody, property settlement and related litigation and mediation issues.
Jurs is active in the community, serving on the board of Marshallton Conservation Trust Inc. and as a volunteer for the Chester County Fund for Women and Girls.
She is also a member of the Chester County Bar Association and serves on their membership committee as well as the Stively Inn of Court.
Kelly received her Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law.

Thomas, Thomas & Hafer announced the hiring of Kimberly M. Henderson.
Henderson will be working out of the firm's office in Harrisburg.
Henderson is a trial lawyer who is part of firm's workers' compensation practice group.
Henderson's previous position was that as an assistant public defender for the Dauphin County Public Defender's Office.
She represents clients in a variety of cases in all aspects of the legal process.
Henderson has experience dealing with medical experts, witnesses and clients, at the same time preparing for trial.
Henderson has experience mentoring and training new attorneys and interns while managing a high volume caseload.
Prior to the position as assistant public defender, Henderson clerked for Judge John F. Cherry of the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas in Harrisburg.
While there she prepared briefs, legal arguments and statements of issue while including recommendations for the judge on civil and criminal matters.
Henderson has experience with small and large legal firms.

The Philadelphia Bar Association announced it will hold a working from home guidance webinar titled "Adapt Your Practice: Ramping up Remote Working Capabilities During the Coronavirus Pandemic" in partnership with Red Cave Consulting, a business management consulting company for lawyers and law firms, at 10 a.m. Friday.
The webinar is open to both association members and non-members.
The webinar is free, and there is no cost associated with participating.

J. Brugh Lower of Gibbons has entered an appearance for industrial equipment supplier Devco Corporation in a pending trademark infringement lawsuit. The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Zahid N. Quraishi, is 3:24-cv-11294, Graco Inc. et al v. Devco Corporation.

The suit, filed Dec. 11 in New York Southern District Court by Bleichmar Fonti & Auld, accuses the defendants of concealing the bank's 'pervasive' deficiencies in regards to its compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and the quality of its anti-money laundering controls. The court action, filed Nov. 25 in Michigan Eastern District Court by Hooper Hathaway PC on behalf of The Town Residences LLC, accuses Crown Castle of failing to transfer approximately $30,000 in utility payments from T-Mobile in breach of a roof-top lease and assignment agreement.
