Gross McGinley attorney Kellie Rahl-Heffner was as nominated board secretary for Pinebrook Family Answers.
The volunteer governance board assists in advancing the agency's mission, providing expertise in business and finance, marketing and public relations, legal affairs, personnel practices, strategic planning, fundraising and other developmental areas.
Pinebrook Family Answers provides programs for families, including home care services, outpatient psychiatric and counseling services, transportation services for family and child visitations, and adoption and placement programs. In an effort to strengthen families, the organization provides educational programs and community-based services to children, young adults and families.
For the past two years, Rahl-Heffner served as a Pinebrook board member. She also supports Pinebrook's clinical staff with presentations designed to help them prepare for court.
Rahl-Heffner is a family law attorney, representing clients in divorce, child custody and support, adoption, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.
At Gross McGinley, Rahl-Heffner also assists with general litigation cases, including landlord-tenant matters and insurance defense.
In addition to her work with Pinebrook Family Answers, Rahl-Heffner volunteers her time as a board member of Habitat for Humanity of the Lehigh Valley and the Allentown Chamber of Commerce.

Saxton & Stump announced that attorney Pauline Felice Gibble joined the firm as an associate in the firm's bankruptcy and creditors' rights practice in Lancaster.
With more than 30 years of experience as a judicial law clerk, Gibble joins attorney Barry A. Solodky, who joined the firm in January to launch the practice.
Prior to joining Saxton & Stump, Gibble was a career judicial law clerk serving two chief judges for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She clerked for Chief Judge Richard E. Fehling for 13 years until his retirement in 2019 and before that for Chief Judge Thomas M. Twardowski for 18 years until his retirement in 2006
Gibble received her Juris Doctor from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.
Her first clerkship after receiving her law degree was Judge D. Richard Eckman of the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas.
Solodky previously served 33 years as a court-appointed Chapter 7 trustee providing independent oversight for bankruptcy cases and as counsel for other fellow trustees.
He was appointed as a receiver in several cases, managing assets for insolvent businesses during proceedings.
Solodky is also an appointed mediator in the Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Burns White announced the addition of three attorneys and a senior paralegal to its construction law practice group.
Attorneys D. Matthew Jameson III, Kurt F. Fernsler and Richard W. Saxe Jr. join the firm from Babst, Calland, Clements and Zomnir in Pittsburgh.
All three attorneys will be joining the firm as members.

J. Brugh Lower of Gibbons has entered an appearance for industrial equipment supplier Devco Corporation in a pending trademark infringement lawsuit. The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Zahid N. Quraishi, is 3:24-cv-11294, Graco Inc. et al v. Devco Corporation.
