Post & Schell announce that Erik R. Anderson joined the firm as a principal in its commercial litigation practice group in its Harrisburg office.

He will also be a member of the firm's regulatory and administrative agency law and professional licensure practice groups.

Anderson represents clients in matters relating to commercial litigation, professional licensure and attorney ethics proceedings and discipline defense.

His clients face issues at the intersection of government, law and public policy.

He represents regulated corporations, state-licensed professionals, high-ranking public officials, law firms, attorneys and judges.

Anderson also works with employers in a range of industries and advises clients on a variety of labor and employment issues.

Anderson joins Post & Schell from Myers Brier & Kelly, where he served as an attorney in the firm's litigation group and helped establish the firm's Harrisburg office.

Prior to joining private practice, he spent nearly 10 years working in the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General and Pennsylvania General Assembly.

As agency counsel for the OAG, Anderson served as chief in-house counsel and represented the OAG in labor and employment litigation matters.

He also conducted internal investigations in tandem with the Office of Professional

Responsibility into allegations of misconduct by law enforcement agents and prosecutors.

Personal injury law firm Laffey, Bucci & Kent announced the addition of two former prosecutors, Alexandria MacMaster and Jill Roth, as associate attorneys to the firm's team advocating for crime victims.

MacMaster joins Laffey Bucci after an eight-year career at the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office, where she most recently served as an assistant district attorney and captain of the family protection unit.

As an ADA, MacMaster litigated cases involving homicide, attempted homicide, sexual assault, domestic violence and child abuse.

She also handled white-collar crime, narcotics, burglary and DUI cases.

Prior to becoming captain of the family protection unit, MacMaster worked in the economic crimes unit, DUI unit, juvenile division and pretrials division.

Roth joins Laffey Bucci after a six-year career at the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office, where she most recently served as an assistant district attorney in the major felonies unit.

As an ADA, Roth litigated cases involving victims of domestic violence, aggravated assault, intimidation and gunpoint robberies.

She also handled DUI, firearm and narcotics cases.

Prior to becoming an ADA, Roth's career at the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office included work in the legislation and policy unit, where she collaborated with policymakers in Harrisburg on legal reforms aimed at making Pennsylvania safer.

She later was involved in the relaunching of the office's conviction review unit.
