Speakers

Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti partner Michael A. Morse, a whistleblower attorney, is slated to present a virtual webinar April 23 in conjunction with the International Municipal Lawyers' Association.

Morse will be co-presenting with Pittsburgh-based Pietragallo partner Lourdes Sánchez Ridge on the topic, "How the False Claims Act Impacts Municipalities."

Morse is also the author of "Best Practices For Responding to Internal Whistleblowers," which was just published in the Health Care Compliance Association's April edition of Compliance Today.

Morse routinely advises corporations, executives, universities, public officials, hospitals, medical device manufacturers and health care practices and providers on issues arising under the False Claims Act.

He also advises clients on a variety of other matters including internal investigations, FDA/HHS/DEA regulatory, and criminal and civil fraud matters in federal and state courts.

Sánchez Ridge practices in the areas of government enforcement, corporate compliance and internal investigations, government related civil litigation, and the False Claims Act.

She counsels and investigates corporations and individuals on matters of domestic and international concerns such as the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, health care fraud, bribery and corruption, securities fraud, ethics and fraudulent conveyances.
