Partner James A. Funt of Greenblatt, Pierce, Funt & Flores, was a featured guest on "Flashpoint," a weekly show produced by KYW Newsradio where area business and community leaders share their perspective on how local and national news issues affect Philadelphians.

The program discussed the impact of the mandatory masking order for Pennsylvania that went into effect April 19.

Funt discussed if, while employees and customers of businesses are now required to wear facial coverings to curb the spread of coronavirus, those same facial coverings could have a negative impact on behavior.

Funt also spoke about the legality of enforcing such laws.

Funt focuses his career on helping those who have been the victim of discrimination.

Funt was the 2015 co-chair of the criminal justice section of the Philadelphia Bar Association and continues to serve on its executive committee.

His practice includes adult and juvenile matters.

His clients have included police officers, fire fighters, attorneys, doctors, sports figures as well other professionals.
