Saxton & Stump announced that attorney and U.S. Navy veteran Matthew Chabal III joined the firm as a shareholder, bringing with him Cynthia W. Pierce as litigation assistant and client services professional.

Chabal focuses his practice on construction law and commercial litigation and is a mediator and arbitrator who provides alternative dispute resolution services through the firm’s subsidiary ADR company, Optimal Dispute Resolutions.
