Elected and Appointed

Angie Gambone, shareholder at Flaster Greenberg, was appointed to the New Jersey State Bar Association's family law executive committee for the 2020-21 term.

In this role, Gambone will be working on various committees as part of her involvement with FLEC in order to continue exploring and advancing family law statutes, policies and regulations aimed at improving this practice area across the region and the state of New Jersey.

Gambone is a member of Flaster Greenberg's litigation and family law practice groups.

She concentrates her practice in the areas of complex family law, divorce and custody matters.

She also focuses her practice on adoption, family formation and the family law needs of nontraditional and LGBT families.

Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Gambone received her Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School.

She is also a certified divorce mediator.

Honored

The Pennsylvania Bar Association real property, probate and trust law section selected Lancaster attorney Reilly S. Noetzel of Barley Snyder to receive its 2020 Trailblazer Award.

Instituted last year, the section created the Trailblazer Award to annually recognize young lawyers practicing in the real property and probate and trust areas of law.

Honorees must demonstrate excellence in the practice of law, professionalism through bar association activities and a commitment to pro bono legal services.

A member of Barley Snyder's real estate practice group, Noetzel focuses on facilitating all aspects of real estate transactions.

He represents buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and other parties in every stage of commercial property transactions.

A large portion of Noetzel's practice includes counseling real estate developers and buyers in seeking land development and zoning approvals.

Noetzel regularly contributes to the firm's real estate/construction newsletter.

Noetzel is a member of Leadership Lancaster's Core Class for 2020.

He is working on a community project for several local housing agencies to address the housing needs in Lancaster City and throughout the county.

For this project, he is taking the lead in researching various potential amendments to the Pennsylvania landlord-tenant law and creating a universal residential lease per the request of Lancaster Housing Opportunity Partnership.

Noetzel serves on the Lancaster Public Library board of trustees and provides legal pro bono work on leasing and real estate matters for the library, including assisting with its relocation to 101 North Queen St. in Lancaster.

He also provides similar pro bono assistance as a board member of his homeowners' association.

Noetzel is a member of the PBA young lawyers division and the Lancaster Bar Association young lawyers section.

He graduated from Indiana University Maurer School of Law.

Speakers

Kaley Heck, a physical therapist with NovaCare Rehabilitation, is slated to present a CLE program titled "Vestibular Rehabilitation and Concussion Management" on June 23.

The presentation will cover a general overview of the vestibular system function, common disorders and treatments.

It will also include information on concussion management and provide information on vestibular rehabilitation.

The live interactive webcast will take place from Noon to 1:30 p.m. and is approved for 1.8 New Jersey credits and 1.5 Pennsylvania credits.
