Events
This summer Pennsylvanians for Modern Courts is replaying some of its past CLE and CJE webinars.
PMC is set to host the webinar, "Cosby Trials: Ethical Considerations and Impact of the #MeToo Movement" from noon to 1 p.m. Friday.
The program will examine ethical considerations at trial by looking at the Bill Cosby trials and the impact of the #MeToo movement on criminal and civil litigation.
The presenters are Paul Evans of Baker McKenzie and Ali Kliment of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius.
Evans is a partner in Baker McKenzie's employment and compensation practice group.
He represents employers at the U.S. state, federal and appellate level in employment discrimination class actions, employment testing and validation matters, wage-and-hour class and collective actions, multiplaintiff and other complex labor and employment litigation.
Kliment is an associate at Morgan Lewis who defends employment disputes, including discrimination, retaliation, and harassment litigation.
