Saxton & Stump announced that three attorneys joined its growing Harrisburg office: Michael T. Traxler, Lane E. Brody and Kimberly A. Selemba.

In addition, the firm launched a practice focused on serving the trucking and commercial transportation industry.

The team represents motor carriers, insurance carriers, shippers, freight forwarders, owner operators, railroads, intermodal carriers and transportation brokers on transactions, litigation, regulatory compliance, labor and employment and accident investigations.

Traxler is a shareholder and chair of Saxton & Stump's trucking and commercial transportation group and a member of the firm's commercial litigation and construction law groups.

He has nearly 20 years of experience serving the legal needs of businesses in the trucking and construction industries.

Before joining Saxton & Stump, Traxler was a shareholder for Harrisburg-based Reager & Adler. Prior to that, he was a litigator for nine years in the Harrisburg office of a Philadelphia insurance defense firm.

Traxler received his Juris Doctor from Penn State Dickinson Law.

Brody is senior counsel in Saxton & Stump's trucking and commercial transportation group and is also a member of the firm's commercial litigation group.

He concentrates his practice on the defense of commercial motor vehicles and their insurers as well as a variety of clients in civil litigation matters including general liability and subrogation.

Prior to joining Saxton & Stump, Brody was an attorney with Harrisburg-based Reager & Adler where he worked with Traxler for nearly four years.

Prior to that, he worked for several large Philadelphia law firms.

Brody received his J.D. from Widener University Commonwealth Law School.

Selemba is a litigator and a liquor licensing and alcohol law attorney.

She is also a member of the firm's trucking and commercial transportation and senior care groups.

As part of her alcohol law practice, Selemba assists beverage retailers, distributors, restaurants, hotels, bars, private clubs, music and entertainment venues, breweries, wineries and distilleries on licensing, permits and compliance as well as enforcement actions and claims resolution.

Prior to joining Saxton & Stump, Selemba practiced for 15 years as an attorney with McNees Wallace & Nurick.

She currently serves as a board member for Leadership Harrisburg, a nonprofit organization dedicated to servant leadership and community service.

Selemba received her J.D. from Penn State Dickinson Law.

Speakers

Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg partner Lisa Lori is set to present the webinar "Cybersecurity: What You Need to Know to Protect Your Business" from 1 to 2 p.m. Wednesday.

Lori will discuss strategies people can implement to protect their businesses from threats in the wake of recent changes in workplaces and increased cyberattack threats.

The program has been approved for one Pennsylvania CLE credit.

Lori is a litigator and business adviser who specializes in helping clients fix complex problems and protect their assets.

She handles a range of high-stakes commercial litigation, employment and intellectual property matters.

She also represents clients in internal and external investigations and white-collar criminal defense matters.
