Ken Fulginiti of Duffy + Fulginiti was named vice president of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association.
Fulginiti will serve in the role of vice president until July 2021, at which time he will become president elect. He is on track to become president for the 2022-23 term.
Fulginiti's practice is dedicated to helping individuals and families who are the victims of catastrophic injury. He assists victims of accidents by pursuing cases against national and international companies and insurance carriers and by contributing to organizations and charities that provide support to those individuals.
He is a frequent lecturer and author on personal injury trial techniques.

Post & Schell announced that eight of the firm's associates were elected as principals.
Richard J. Barca was elected principal in the firm's insurance law department in Philadelphia. Barca represents national and regional insurers in complex insurance coverage and bad-faith matters involving general liability, excess liability and other insurance policies. His practice includes counseling insurance claims professionals, brokers and in-house counsel on the claims process and litigating complex insurance coverage and bad faith matters.
Ian T. Baxter is now principal in the firm's casualty litigation department in Allentown. He has experience representing clients being sued for civil relief arising out of bodily injury and death, breach of contract, civil rights violations and other defense-sided litigation. He also counsel's clients regarding best practices in alcohol management and service programs.
Christopher T. Chancler was elected principal in the casualty litigation department in Mount Laurel, New Jersey.Chancler focuses his practice on products liability, construction defect, premises liability, motor vehicle/trucking liability, toxic tort, liquor liability and general casualty cases involving catastrophic injuries and losses.
Thomas R. Chawluk Jr. was elected principal in the professional liability department in Philadelphia. Chawluk's practice focuses in the defense of professional liability claims against health care providers. He also litigates other health care matters as they relate to hospital and outpatient medical facilities, as well as home health care and skilled nursing services.
Carolyn H. Kendall is now principal in the internal investigations and white-collar defense practice group in Philadelphia.She conducts internal investigations and defends corporations, officers and other individuals facing criminal and civil investigation. Her practice includes matters involving pharmaceutical, manufacturing and financial companies.
David E. Renner is now a principal in the employment and employee relations practice group in Pittsburgh. He is a litigator and helps guide employers through Equal Employment Opportunity Commission employment discrimination charges and litigation and wage-and-hour class and collective actions, as well as providing counsel regarding state and federal law compliance.
Renner is also a member of the firm's COVID-19 taskforce.
Devin T. Ryan was elected principal in the energy and utilities practice group in Harrisburg. Ryan represents electric, natural gas, water and transportation network companies in a variety of proceedings before the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission.
A. Bryan Tomlinson is now principal in the professional liability department in Philadelphia. Tomlinson defends and counsels health care systems, hospitals, physicians, physician assistants, nurses, pharmacies and other health care providers in complex professional liability cases involving allegations of catastrophic injuries with significant liability and damage exposure.

McAndrews Law Offices' estate planning department is continuing its series of free virtual seminars to assist families and professionals in coping with issues related to the current health crisis while planning for next steps in the weeks and months to follow.
The firm's fifth presentation of the series, titled "Estate Administration during COVID-19: Addressing and Confronting Obstacles," is set to be provided by Jillian Zacks and Jessica Wilson.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
