Arkady Rayz of Kalikhman & Rayz was appointed to serve on the zoning hearing board of Lower Moreland Township in Montgomery County.
Rayz has experience litigating cases in federal and state courts and is admitted to practice in the commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the state of New York, before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
A member of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia bar associations, Rayz earned a Juris Doctor from Temple University Beasley School of Law.
