Saxton & Stump announced the expansion of its business and corporate team with the additions of attorneys Andy P. Berger as a shareholder and Kamron W. Abedi as an associate.
The move expands the firm's business and corporate and mergers and acquisitions team, including more than 15 attorneys.
Berger practiced corporate, finance and capital markets law for 22 years and served in the U.S. Air Force prior to attending law school, where he was an avionics technician on F-16 fighter jets for four years.
