Cozen O'Connor is expanding its Western Pennsylvania lobbying group with the addition of Kevin Kerr, who recently served as a public policy and government affairs leader at Uber Technologies Inc.
Kerr joins Cozen O'Connor Public Strategies as a principal, and the firm anticipates he will play a key role in growing the lobbying practice to include Pittsburgh, in addition to the existing practices in Harrisburg and Philadelphia. Kerr brings strong bipartisan ties within Pittsburgh city government and throughout Western Pennsylvania.
