Zumbrun, a Philadelphia-based associate in the firm's energy, environment and mass torts group, was selected to join the 2020 cohort of the Environmental Law Institute's Emerging Leaders Initiative, and Elizabeth J. Fineman, a partner of the firm of Antheil Maslow & MacMinn in Doylestown, was elected to a three-year term as a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association family law section council.

Blank Rome announced that Stephen C. Zumbrun, a Philadelphia-based associate in the firm's energy, environment and mass torts group, was selected to join the 2020 cohort of the Environmental Law Institute's Emerging Leaders Initiative, which was formed to connect, support and foster dialogue among professionals in environmental law and policy.
Selected by environment, energy and natural resource professionals on the Environmental Law Institute's board, leadership council and staff, the emerging leaders are a group selected from across the country and from a variety of practices to bring together people active in environmental law and policy.
At Blank Rome, Zumbrun concentrates his practice on environmental and energy matters, handling environmental issues in complex U.S. and international transactions, contaminated property under federal and state environmental programs, environmental permits, renewable energy projects and environmental liability suits in state and federal court.
