The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has agreed to consider the first-impression issue of whether Chapter 3 of the Rules of Criminal Procedure, which governs the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program for DUI defendants, applies to Veterans Court and possibly other diversionary programs and problem-solving courts.
The justices agreed to take up the appeal in a case captioned Commonwealth v. McCabe.
