A Lackawanna County judge has ordered additional discovery in order to determine whether the court has jurisdiction over a breach-of-contract case filed against an out-of-state truck seller that allegedly targets Pennsylvania customers with its website.

In D&S Auto Sales v. Valenti Ford, Judge Terrence Nealon declined to rule on defendant Valenti Ford’s preliminary objections, and instead ordered the parties to engage in further discovery over the next 60 days to determine if the court can hear the case.
