On Feb. 8, 2017, plaintiff Michael Napoli was terminated from his job as a table games dealer at Parx Casino, in Bensalem. Napoli claimed that his termination was due to disability discrimination and retaliation, because he suffers deep vein thrombosis and had requested an accommodation for it.
