The Pennsylvania Supreme Court is set to hear arguments on several high-profile issues—including the use of tort liability waivers and whether a car crash following a happy hour event can be covered through workers' compensation.
The justices are scheduled to open their fall argument session Sept. 15 with 14 cases set to be heard over three days.
