The newly composed board of directors for the Committee of Seventy, a nonprofit focused on good government, now includes Greenberg Traurig shareholder Jillian C. Kirn.
The Committee of Seventy appointed Kirn, who practices environmental law, with its incoming class.
The organization, which was founded in 1904, focuses on increasing strong, ethical governance, public policy, civic education and engagement in Philadelphia.
