Tucker Arensberg announced that Irving R. Firman was elected to replace Thomas P. Peterson as managing shareholder.
Peterson served as managing shareholder since 2009 and will be returning to the full-time practice of law focusing on corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and education law.
Firman concentrates his practice on land use, zoning and real estate development.
