Motorist Claimed Rear-Ender Caused Permanent Shoulder Injuries
On April 26, 2017, plaintiff Rim Namous was stopped in traffic on Interstate 76, in Philadelphia. A vehicle rear-ended her sedan. Namous claimed shoulder injuries. Namous sued the driver, Derrick Clark, and his employer, Pennsylvania Gypsum Co. Inc. She alleged that Clark was negligent in the operation of a vehicle.
