McNees Wallace & Nurick attorney Denise Elliott is slated to co-present the virtual workshop “COVID-19 and Workers Compensation: What You Need to Know” for the Lancaster County Chamber of Commerce from 8:30 to 10 a.m. Friday.

Elliott, along with Dr. James Rochester of WORKNET Occupational Medicine, will discuss what makes an illness an “occupational illness” and thus compensable under workers’ compensation.
