Zuckerman, since being named managing shareholder of the firm, has been instrumental in the reorganization of the firm’s structure, including the incorporation of a board of directors in lieu of an executive committee, which was a new model for the firm. He also emphasizes leveling the playing field for minority and women attorneys both in recruitment and retention efforts.

Since Zuckerman took the reins as managing shareholder, the firm has been named “Best Places to Work” in New Jersey for two consecutive years.
