Between a fast shift to online learning and uncertainty about how the bar exam will be administered, law students have dealt with their fair share of COVID-19 curveballs. But for local summer associates in Big Law, working for a firm—even in a remote program—provided some much-needed normalcy.

Among the respondents to The American Lawyer’s annual summer associates satisfaction survey, 57 were based in a Pennsylvania location, according to their surveys. The group includes summer associates from Blank Rome, Fox Rothschild, Holland & Knight, Morgan, Lewis & Bockius and Reed Smith.
