For more than 40 years, trial lawyer Alan M. Feldman has litigated cases that transcend his clients, adhering to an obligation he feels to protect innocent people from falling victim to preventable tragedies. While Feldman represents individuals in all manner of catastrophic personal injury cases, including cases arising from unsafe cars and trucks, automobile and tractor-trailer accidents, and construction and workplace accidents, the imprint he has made on legal history—in Pennsylvania and across the United States—for his products liability work, with a particular focus on products intended for children and infants.

What's the biggest change you've seen in the profession during your career? Our democracy is based upon the rule of law, and it is the professional duty of every lawyer to respect and support our justice system. That kind of old-fashioned professionalism and pride in who we are and what we do has been eroded.

What is one thing about the profession that has remained unchanged over the years? For trial lawyers like me, the excitement of a jury trial and the thrill of achieving a favorable verdict for my client.
