Daniel E. Cummins, of Cummins Law in Clarks Summit, served on a panel of presenters for a recent Zoom CLE put on by the Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel titled “State of the Courts and Case Law Update.”
Also on the panel was Andrea Tuominen, the assistant court administrator of the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts, who provided a statewide update on the court system under the COVID-19 restrictions, as well as Stanley Thompson, the director of the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas Complex Litigation Center, who provided an update on the status of that court in light of the pandemic.
