A federal judge in Pennsylvania has thrown out three TikTok users’ challenge to President Donald Trump’s executive order banning the Chinese video-sharing platform.

The plaintiffs, who argued their livelihoods depended upon content they shared on TikTok, failed to show that they were entitled to a temporary restraining order under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act, according to U.S. District Judge Wendy Beetlestone of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
