A group of 13 sexual assault survivors have sued the Devereux Foundation, claiming lapses in facility safeguards allowed them to be preyed upon by the organization’s staff.
The John and Jane Doe complaint filed by 12 female and one male plaintiff was filed Monday against Devereux, its related entities and former group home supervisor Everol David Brackett, currently serving time in Chester County prison for sexual assault.
