The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania has decided to review an estate dispute to clarify the use of the statute of limitations as a defense.

The fight is over $370,000 in a certificate of deposit left by Rose Rellick of Indiana, Pennsylvania. She died Dec. 20, 2012, at the age of 93, according to her obituary. She had been a resident of the Communities of Indian Haven. She had no children.
