When New York's judiciary announced on Wednesday that its February bar exam will be online, it joined three other states, including Pennsylvania, that announced similar plans earlier this week.

On Monday, the Pennsylvania Board of Law Examiners' chairman David Fine issued a statement saying that the state Supreme Court had approved the board's plan to hold the February exam online, following a review of the most recent health information and COVID-19 projections. Further, the statement said the board is seeking input from those who recently took the test online in an effort to continue improving operations.
