Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin announced that William G. Roark was a course planner for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute's Major Medical Marijuana and Hemp Law Symposium 2020.
Keynote speakers at the two-day event included Mai T. Dinha, assistant general counsel for marketing, regulatory and food safety programs division of the U.S. Department of Agriculture; Rep. Dwight Evans of Pennsylvania's Third Congressional District; and Sen. Sharif Street of Pennsylvania's Third Senatorial District of Philadelphia.
Roark, who heads the firm's cannabis law practice and is co-chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association's medical marijuana and hemp law committee, has experience educating lawyers, college and law school students, and members of law enforcement on the state of the law.
