President Donald Trump said during a debate with Joe Biden that “bad things happen in Philadelphia,” but four judges recently appointed to preside over Election Court will be doing their part to ensure that doesn’t happen.

With Pennsylvania widely seen as the potential “tipping point” state in the presidential election, four Philadelphia judges who drew assignment to the city’s “election court” may find themselves at the center of a case with global attention.
