Daniel J. Siegel of the Law offices of Daniel J. Siegel is set to co-present a CLE on "Settling the Workers' Comp Case, Avoiding Ethical Traps and Pitfalls" at the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Workers' Compensation Fall Section Meeting on Monday.
He will discuss how to avoid the most common ethical traps and pitfalls for workers' compensation practitioners.
Siegel is also slated to moderate a free CLE on "IOLTA Compliance: Keeping Client Funds Safe and Keeping You Out of Trouble 2020" hosted by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute from noon to 1:30 p.m. Nov. 18.
