Republicans in both houses of the General Assembly called for a probe into the result of the November election, where Democratic nominee Joe Biden was called by the AP as the winner of the state’s presidential electors, while the GOP maintained control of the legislature and won two of three statewide row offices.

The Senate State Government Committee announced Nov. 11 it will review the state’s election results as a way to “restore trust in the vote.”
