Bob loves writing demand letters. His super-aggressiveness often forces the other side to cave.  Bob's client gets what it (almost) wants, without having to go to court or arbitration. And avoids lots of legal fees. But not this time.

Bob's client disputed her partner's use of partnership funds for personal expenses. Bob sent a demand letter, figuring it would scare the other partner into submission. The letter stated that the other partner had breached the partnership agreement and committed all kinds of "breaches of fiduciary duty." Ignoring the law of unintended consequences, Bob's letter concluded as follows:
