The Pittsburgh judge in the midst of disciplinary proceedings for, among other things, allegedly referring to a Black woman juror as "Aunt Jemima," agreed to resign from the bench earlier last week. But that did not stop the Court of Judicial Discipline from imposing further financial sanctions on as well.
