The Pennsylvania Senate on Nov. 16 voted down Gov. Tom Wolf's renomination of Jennifer Storm as Pennsylvania's victim advocate. Her nomination was rejected on a 32-18 vote.
Storm was seeking a second six-year term in the post, to which she was first appointed by Gov. Tom Corbett, a Republican, in 2013.
