Daniel E. Cummins of Clarks Summit firm Cummins Law presented a Zoom CLE program titled "Celebrating the Holidays With Tort Talk: A Holiday-Themed Civil Litigation Update" at the Luzerne County Bench-Bar Conference and later to the members of the Lackawanna Bar Association.
Cummins utilized video clips from famous holiday specials and movies while summarizing the notable cases and trends from the past year in Pennsylvania civil litigation law.
Cummins is set to present the program again via Zoom for the Lehigh County Bar Association on Dec. 4 and for the Monroe County Bar Association on Dec. 8.
