While this relatively new work-from-home landscape has created logistical problems within the legal field, it has also halted traditional avenues for professional growth among young lawyers. Notably, young lawyers who have relied on in-person presentations and networking events to both build their reputation and market themselves must look to alternative methods in pursuing those initiatives. Where the profession has largely replaced in-person events with a screen, young lawyers should seize the opportunity to proceed digitally in their professional growth by substituting their in-person presentations with webinars.
