The Judicial Conduct Board claimed Philadelphia Judge Scott DiClaudio failed to respond to a lawsuit filed against him by the Cynwyd Club at almost every step of the litigation that spanned 2015 to 2019. The lacking responses also spawned multiple requests for sanctions against DiClaudio.
