After two decades at the Philadelphia office of Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads, former litigation partner Michael Hayes began his tenure at Horn Williamson in its newly created role of litigation chair at the beginning of December.

Firm members at Horn Williamson are looking to capitalize on Hayes’ background in complex commercial litigation and business-to-business disputes, which will help the firm respond to evolving client needs and foster growth among young attorneys. His experience includes commercial litigation in the Pennsylvania and New Jersey state and federal courts and representing business entities in government and internal investigations that include cybersecurity issues.
