As Big Law upped the ante in 2020 for associate and employee bonuses, with various "special" bonuses to account for the struggles and workload resulting from the coronavirus pandemic, some Pennsylvania-based firms have shared their own good news about their financial condition, and some are looking to stay competitive with their own rewards.
