The partners at Greenblatt, Pierce, Funt & Flores announced that Alan L. Yatvin, a police misconduct and civil rights litigator, joined the firm as a partner.
He will chair the firm's civil rights department.
Yatvin will continue to concentrate his practice on civil rights litigation; criminal defense in state, federal and international tribunals; and the representation of students with special needs.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
