Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath announced the promotion of eight attorneys to counsel, including Ariel Greenstein in Philadelphia.
Greenstein concentrates her practice on securities transactions, mergers and acquisitions, ongoing compliance under U.S. securities laws, corporate governance and general corporate representations.
Greenstein advises companies on initial public offerings, follow-on and secondary offerings, tender offers, private placements of debt and equity securities, and public and private mergers and acquisitions.
