Samuel E. Cohen, shareholder in the Philadelphia office of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, was named vice chair of the securities and investments professional liability practice group.
In this capacity, he will work closely with the practice group chair, Andrew Davitt, in overseeing the firm's securities litigation matters and attorneys.
Cohen joined Marshall Dennehey in 1997 and concentrated in the area of professional liability and securities litigation for 20 years.
