David J. Griffith, retired managing partner at Harvey Pennington, died at his home Monday.
Griffith was a Philadelphia trial attorney who tried medical malpractice and products liability cases for health care and pharmaceutical clients. He often served as a mentor and provider of employment opportunities for new attorneys.
